I work in oils,
acrylic, and watercolor. I've studied at the Art Students' League (with portrait artist/author David Leffel); the
New York Academy of Art; the National Academy of Design School of Art, NYC; and with abstract artist Ruth Klein.
I also studied Chinese painting for two years at the China Institute, NYC.
I grew up in England, where I received my early art training.
My
first love is portraiture, and I've received and executed many commission portraits, usually in oils. But lately, I
have shifted my concentration to water-color, particularly landscapes.
